Know what a plate really costs.
Fresh ties your recipes to your stock. Every dish shows its cost and margin, and every ingredient is taken out of stock as orders are completed.

Cost and margin on every dish
Add the ingredients and quantities for a dish and Fresh shows what a portion costs, the menu price and the margin, with each ingredient’s cost and how much is in stock. Costs come from your ingredients, so keep them current when a supplier’s price changes.
Stock that moves by itself
When an order is completed, the ingredients in its recipes are taken out of stock. You do not have to count every egg by hand to know where you stand.
Every change leaves a record
Stock changes only through a few clear actions: adjust, receive, issue, return and stock take. Each one writes a stock movement, so you can see what changed, when and by how much. That is how wastage and shrinkage show up instead of hiding.
Suppliers, purchase orders and departments
Keep your suppliers, raise purchase orders, receive deliveries into stock, and issue ingredients to departments such as the kitchen or the bar. Your suppliers and departments are your own: nothing is hard-wired.
Low-stock levels
Set a low level for each ingredient and see at a glance what needs ordering.
