What you’ll see
Guests order from the QR code with no app and no sign-in, and only from a phone at the restaurant. Every price and total comes from the server.
Every online order, from a table or from WhatsApp, is accepted by staff on the POS before the kitchen sees it.
A rider’s location is kept only while one of their deliveries is out, and only the customer of that order sees it.
Cash a rider takes is kept apart from the drawer until the rider hands it in.
