What you’ll see
An assistant can only read. Nothing it asks for can change an order, the menu, stock or anyone’s access.
You choose what it may see (sales, stock, kitchen, team and more). Cash and refunds can only be shared by the owner.
It never sees more than the person who connected it. If that person’s access changes, so does the assistant’s, on its next question.
