How stock flows: from the store to the kitchen.
A delivery arrives, the store hands stock to the kitchen, two recipes use it, and every paid order takes its share out. Nobody types a number.

What you’ll see
- Stock only changes through a recorded movement: a purchase, an issue to a department, an adjustment or a paid order.
- A recipe links a menu item to its ingredients, so selling a cheeseburger takes 0.25 kg of beef out of the kitchen’s stock.
- The store and each department keep their own stock, and the history lists every movement with the stock left.
